The Event Barn
Our new barn is beautifully surrounded by landscaped gardens a courtyard with fire pit and yard games. It is cozily nestled below The Quail, Deck & original 1915 barn. It boasts an open white interior with twinkle lights and custom floral chandeliers, creating a perfect romantic setting for you to personalize for your special day.
Our new barn also includes large farmhouse tables with cross back chairs for up to 160 people, as well as a Sonos speaker system, (2) 34 bottle wine fridges, movable antique bar and an antique French armoire for storage adding function and elegance to the space.









The Shade Garden
Discover a charming and intimate ceremony location nestled under the lush canopy of our shade garden. Ideal for smaller, more personal ceremonies, this enchanting spot offers mostly standing room, enveloped by the beauty of nature. Stroll along meandering pathways, surrounded by verdant landscaping and mature trees, creating a magical 'secret garden' ambiance. It's a picturesque setting that invites you and your guests to step into a world of tranquility and romance.
The Willow Meadow
The Willow Meadow ceremony site is a beautiful and serene location for your special day. Imagine walking down the aisle surrounded by tall grass and wildflowers, with the light sound of a creek flowing gently in the background. You exchange your vows under a canopy of 60-foot willows, creating a romantic and natural backdrop for your photos. You and your guests can enjoy the fresh air and the scenic views, while celebrating your love in a rustic and elegant setting.

On-site Venue Manager: The venue manager is the designated person for your vendors and to ensure everything is working properly with the venue. They will ensure ice is restocked in your beverage area, trash is emptied throughout your event, restrooms are kept tidy and will help your guests navigate the beautiful property.
Day-of Wedding Coordinator: To ensure your wedding runs smoothly with the timeline you set, our wedding coordinator specializes in managing the detailed timeline and services on your special day. They will be there during your day prior rehearsal as well as during your entire wedding.
The Event Barn (seating capacity 160) Heated & air-conditioned insulated barn: Surrounded by landscaped gardens & nestled below The Quail, Deck & original 1915 Barn. White interior with twinkle light ceiling, custom floral chandeliers & beautiful wall sconces. Cross back chairs & rectangular farm tables to accommodate up to 160 guests. String light lit patio & large outdoor gas firepit. Moveable antique bar+ moveable cabinet with (2) 34-bottle wine fridges.
The Quail (seating capacity 40) Heated & air-conditioned space: Ideal for rehearsal dinner, Sunday family breakfast and/ or cocktail hour after the ceremony. Kitchen area with refrigerator, freezer w /bagged ice, and sink. Easy catering accessibility. Mural by @tobyrae. Moveable antique bar, cocktail tables & black bistro chairs w /black cushions.
The Deck (seating capacity 80): Ideal for rehearsal dinner, Sunday family breakfast and/ or cocktail hour after the ceremony. Multiple seating options with shade cloth, bistro lighting & misters available during extreme heat. Food truck/catering area with 50 amp plug-in. Surrounded by beautiful landscaping, gorgeous, planted pots and 2 large fountains. 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled farmhouse, gourmet kitchen, cozy enclosed porch and private courtyard with fireplace & private parking. The Lounge get ready space Drink fridge, dry bar, poker table & lounging area with TV.
Ceremony Sites: Between the giant willows of Maple Creek and our timbered hillside sits the stunning and romantic setting of our Willow Meadow. This is our larger site with cushioned wooden chairs and arbor. The Shade Garden provides an intimate ceremony under a tree canopy with a secret garden feeling. Great for smaller ceremonies w /mostly standing room.
